Greater news for people looking to travel between Dongguan and Macao. On October 11th, a new ferry route linking Humen Ferry Terminal of Dongguan city and Taipa Ferry Terminal of Macao started to operate, reducing the travel time to 100 minutes.

Operated by the company of Sea’s Young in Dongguan, the service will run 4 ferry journeys a day between the two cities, among which two from Humen to Macao started at 9:00 and 15:15, and two from Macao to Humen at 13:15 and 18:30.

The ticket price from Dongguan to Macao is 210 Yuan RMB for economy class, 310 Yuan for super class and 390 Yuan for premier class. While that from Macao to Dongguan is 230 Yuan for economy class, 350 Yuan for super class and 450 Yuan for premier class. Passengers can book the ticket online or via travel agencies.

It is a great attraction that passengers can have an opportunity to see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge during the journey. Moreover, a free shuttle bus is also provided from the downtown of Dongguan to Humen terminal. Passengers transferring to other countries and regions via Macao Airport only need to go through the customs for once.
