On the evening of September 9th, the launching ceremony of Guangzhou Quality Month was held at Guangzhou TV station. GPHL chairman Li Chuyuan attended the ceremony and joined the first group of Guangzhou Branding Think Tank experts.

Guests on site witnessed the founding of Guangzhou Branding Think Tank ("Think Tank"). The Think Tank was founded by the organizing committee for Guangzhou International Brand Festival under the guidance of Guangzhou municipal government and Guangzhou Administration for Market Regulation. The Think Tank is designed to pave the way for the city's brand building program and its predecessor was the think tank for Guangzhou International Brand Festival.

This newly founded Think Tank will work for creating a better environment for Guangzhou-based brands. It will develop a clear understanding of the status quo of local brands, enable the leading brands to play their role, encourage the companies to establish new and targeted brand building mechanism and activate the companies' endogenous motivation for brand building. For that, the first group of 12 experts, including GPHL chairman Li Chuyuan, were invited to join the Think Tank.
