On June 18th, GPHL and Guangzhou Post signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the China Postal Express & Logistics' operation centre for 'smart government' in Guangzhou. The two parties will join hands to seek progress on market expansion, financial services, logistic distribution, Internet+ innovation, Party building and branch co-development, and new retail-based cooperation.

Guangzhou Post general manager Chen Dacan, deputy general managers Zhou Xiaobo, Zhang Dexin, and GPHL chairman Li Chuyuan and general manager Li Hong attended the signing ceremony.

GPHL has a track record of cooperation with Guangzhou Post. For example, during the pandemic they worked closely to deliver face masks and other supplies to consumers both at home and abroad.

By entering into this agreement, GPHL and Guangzhou Post will move to the next level of cooperation, concentrating on developing a long-term and win-win strategic partnership. According to the agreement, GPHL and its subsidiaries with Guangzhou Post and its branch offices will become each other's key accounts, and will actively explore new retail cooperation models by utilizing the core competitive advantages in their industries, conducting retail data matching in a collaborative manner.

The parties will also explore possibilities for cooperation in fields of new-type logistics, financial businesses, new media communications, marketing regulations, Party building and branch co-development by relying on Guangzhou Post's strong warehousing, logistics, mail and delivery services, a wealth of industrial experience coupled with GPHL's pharmaceutical commerce system.

On the same day, GPHL and Guangzhou Post held a ceremony to donate books to each other. As the first sub-projects under the strategic cooperation, GPHL's subsidiaries Jianmin Pharmacy and Wanglaoji Health Industry Co., Ltd. entered into agreements with Guangzhou Post on a mail-delivery logistics project, a 100-million-yuan Ciningji project as well as a warehousing and mail-delivery project.
