On the morning of October 1, the grand celebration for the PRC’s 70th founding anniversary was held at Tiananmen Square in Beijing where over 200,000 soldiers and citizens took part in a parade extravaganza. GPHL chairman Li Chuyuan was invited to attend this event as a national model worker.

On October 7 and 8, two symposiums were convened respectively in GPHL’s headquarters and Shennong Building, during which Li Chuyuan shared his thoughts about the National Day event.

During the symposiums, Li said that he felt really excited at the sight of such a spectacle. Li added that while watching the National Day event, feelings of gratefulness and self-madeness came to his mind. Li has been working for GPHL for 32 years, taking many different roles, such as front line technician, salesman, head of sales department, GM assistant, vice GM, and now chairman.

Li Chuyuan encouraged GPHL to “build a world-class enterprise with industrial features and a distinct culture” by making every effort to help Guizhou build Roxburgh Rose Industry a 10-billion-yuan market. Li added that GPL should execute the cooperative project with Hengqin (Zhuhai) and Macao, facilitate GPHL’s high-quality development and ensure the company’s risk control and sustainable development.

Li said that GPHL and he share the same aspiration which is to improve people’s health and reduce the cost of medical treatment. Li believes that each GPHL employee should uphold GPHL’s mission of “love for the world”, strive to build a world-class enterprise and bring GPHL on the list of the Fortune Global 500.
