Wang Lao Ji opens first oversea herbal tea museum in New York

On November 18th, Wang Lao Ji, China’s largest herbal tea producer, opened its first overseas museum in Manhattan, New York.

According to GPHL, Wang Lao Ji plans to open herbal tea museums in 56 cities overseas, aiming to promote Chinese herbal tea culture and expand its herbal tea drink business in the international marketplace.

People can learn about the history of Chinese herbal tea culture and Wang Lao Ji at the New York museum. They can also taste different types of Chinese herbal tea with a mini Wang Lao Ji herbal tea store set up inside the museum.

“We hope to give visitors a more immersive experience by showing the raw materials and the process behind manufacturing herbal tea, ” said Mi Qi, the deputy Party Chief of Guangzhou Wanglaoji Health Industry Company Limited, “these kind of overseas museums are expected to deepen international consumers’ understanding of our products. ”

During the opening ceremony, GPHL also announced the launch of the global roadshow for Jin Ge (commonly known as the Chinese Viagra). As the first stop of the roadshow, the Wang Lao Ji New York Museum will have both a documentary and photo based exhibition, giving a thorough introduction to the brand.

Jin Ge’s research and development was directed by the Nobel Prize winning Doctor Ferid Murad. It has been proven through BE and drug consistency evaluation to have same effect as the original product. Thus far, Jin Ge’s annual sales volume has reached 2 billion.
