During the competition, Lin was required to film a creative video in just 48 hours on the theme of inheritance and at the predetermined location, Shennng Herbal Garden. Covering an area of 25,000 square meters, Shennong Herbal Garden is the first TCM museum to combine nature and history in order to comprehensively showcase the TCM and health preservation cultures of the Lingnan region. It is a semi-enclosed garden, containing halls, gardens, mansions and pavilions, and attractive plantation of Chinese herbs.

According to the organizer, the top 10 contestants began their final 48-hour-filming and editing challenge on the evening of October 23rd. They selected their own theme from topics such as “innovation”, “integration”, “youth”, “inheritance” and “convenience”, as well as the locations to be shot under respective themes.

The contest was hosted by Newsgd.com, the Nanfang Plus App and United Daily News Group, under the guidance of Guangdong International Culture Association, Guangdong Province Cross-Strait Exchange Promotion Association, and Guangdong Youth Federation, United Daily News Group Cultural Foundation.
