GPHL partners with Guangzhou Branch of China CITIC Bank and CITIC Securities

On July 14th, in Guangzhou, GPHL entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Guangzhou Branch of China CITIC Bank and CITIC Securities.

GPHL chairman Li Chuyuan, CITIC Securities general manager Yang Minghui, Jin Xinian, president of Guangzhou Branch of China CITIC Bank and some other executives attended a meeting on establishing comprehensive strategic partnership for mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation as well as extending depth and breadth of cooperation among headquarters and subsidiaries and affiliates of these three parties.

“GPHL is the largest pharmaceutical conglomerate in China,” Yang Minghui said. “After signing this cooperation framework agreement, we will collaborate with China CITIC Bank to take the relationship among three parties to a new level, provide a basket of one-stop capital operation services, and better meet GPHL's multifaceted and diversified demand.”

Jin Xinian confirmed that the bank will provide quality, efficient, safe, and convenient financial services based on existing cooperation.

“China CITIC Bank and CITIC Securities are reputed domestically and internationally. They have made outstanding contributions to China's economic development and maintained long-term cooperation with GPHL,” Li Chuyuan said. “Entering into this strategic cooperation framework agreement is set to further promote in-depth cooperation among our three parties. I expect to jointly develop the mutually beneficial and win-win strategic partnership and play our part in the new development landscape.”

Li Chuyuan also explained GPHL's corporate culture to the representatives of Guangzhou Branch of China CITIC Bank and CITIC Securities for improving their understanding of GPHL. He also gifted them the first day covers of commemorative stamps themed with 'the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China'.

Although GPHL had previously done business with China CITIC Bank, with the performance of this agreement, GPHL will collaborate strategically with financial and security organizations to realize more efficient capital management and capital operations, reduce capital costs, improve efficiency of capital, and secure the high-quality, safe and stable development of GPHL.
